Past Boards

Carleton Archery Club, Inc., boards are made up of two kinds of directors- elected and CUAC. Both have the same authority but they are appointed through different processes. Elected directors are voted on by the membership of the corporation to three year terms. CUAC directors are those who are appointed by virtue of being a member of staff of Carleton University Archery Club, the cusa club. CUAC directors serve as long as they are CUAC staff members, CUAC staff terms are for one year. In 2023-2024 the board also had founding directors, who were entitled to serve as directors until the first annual member meeting, three of whom became elected directors on 18 November 2023.
